Annual Meeting VENDOR GUIDELINES

  The following guidelines have been developed to clarify the WRBA's expectations for vendor participation in the association's annual conference

1.      Vendors may attend meeting sessions in accordance with the association’s By-laws.

2.      No attendee’s list will be distributed to the vendors per the associations By-laws.

3.      The content of vendor presentations is to be educational and informative. Fee to presenters is $1,400.00 and includes one table at no additional charge, as well as meals and tour costs as per #5.

4.      Tables for vendors not making presentations or additional tables for presenting vendors will be on a first come, first serve basis for a charge of $1000.00 per table and will include meals and tour costs as per #5.

5.      The cost of each table will include meals and tour costs for two people; additional vendor attendees will be charged for meals and tour costs per individual at a rate of $250 per person for the 3-day conference.

6.      Please bring your own power strip and extension cords, if needed.
